  • How long is the current clamp (CT) cable?
The current clamp cable is 2 meters and can be extended with CT extension cable. This is available on our shop. Also, note that your E.R.S can be installed next to the distribution board where an extension is not necessary.
  • I've just installed my E.R.S and it's not running as expected. What could be happening?
Firstly, check that the current clamp is installed the right way around. Your E.R.S will not run currently if it's back to front. You will see a label on the side saying, "This side toward source" or "This side facing grid supply". To remove the current clamp, you will see the top edge pulls away for removal. If your current clamp is installed correctly and the problem persists. Please email or phone us on: Email Address: webenquiries@powerflowenergy.co.uk Phone Number: 01452 421271
  • What is the purpose of the manual boost button?
The manual Boost button controls the power diverter. Should you wish to manually 'boost' the hot water heating for a period of time. By pressing the BOOST button, E.R.S will switch on the immersion to full power.
  • What should I do if my question wasn't answered here?
Please contact us on our contact us page and send us a message or give us a call.
  • What are the advantages of having a hard-wired current clamp cable?
Having a hard-wired current clamp cable ensures reliability. On top of this, the power diverter is more efficient because it can run faster than wireless power diverters measuring the supply 5 times a second. This is much faster than a wireless current clamp.
  • Where do I find the serial number to register my E.R.S unit?
The serial number for all E.R.S products can be found on the side of the enclosure on a silver label. It is also on the your original packaging box and on the front of the documentation manual.
